This beautiful, furnished 3 Story Plus top Level Patio has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that include: 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, plus a futon sofa sleeper in one of the bedrooms. It is great for family and friends and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Space
This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long term stays.

Includes: rooftop patio, Wi-Fi, Voice Controlled Amazon Firestick w/ Netflix, Roku TV w/ Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)

Due to guests request, we have also added blinds to the windows for privacy.

I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps..etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)

PARKING: This unit comes with one garage parking space. If you need additional spaces, there is free, public parking available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility.

Guest Access
Unit keys are located in a Lock Box. The lock box code will be provided in the confirmation email I will send you in the week leading up to your stay.

Interaction with Guests
I like to give guests' privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email.

What a beautiful, spotlessly-clean home! What the pictures don't show is that you can see the "HOLLYWOOD" sign from the master bedroom!! The location is a block away from Emerson College's LA campus which was perfect for visiting our daughter who's finishing her grad school there. If you're looking for a pristine, beautifully appointed, reasonably priced home in LA right near Sunset Blvd with the bonus of a fantastic rooftop patio & safe garage parking right under your unit. we had a wonderful stay! The condo was amazing!

It was very trendy, lots of natural light from all the windows, and amazing views from the front balconies and rooftop. It was close to so many things, 10 minutes from the Greek Theater, 15 minutes to the Griffith Observatory and Hollywood boulevard.

We would stay there again.

This condo was far more beautiful than the photos! It has a very open layout and was very roomy with lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows all around. We had a very pleasant stay as it was close to everything we came to see, nothing was more than 15 minutes driving. The private rooftop was a plus and we enjoyed wine there every night. It has private garage parking which we always look for as we rented a Porsche. It is a privately gated townhouse so you feel very secure. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had staying in LA! This has been my 4th time visiting and I would definitely come back to this condo!

Great host. Very responsive to any questions we had. The property manager was equally great and readily available to resolve any issues/questions. All in all if you're ever in town for business or a holiday, this place is a great place to stay whilst in LA!
